For use in Circle Track and Professional Racing includes built-in Soft Touch Rev limiter The 6 HVC-L Ignition has a built-in rev limiter that will save the engine from overrev damaged caused by spins, missed shifts or driver misfortune. This means there is no need to mount an external rev control (i.e., less wiring and reduced weight)!
- 12-18 Volts, Negative Ground
- 150 millijoules per spark up to 15,000 RPM
- No CARB Exemption Order Number
- Clear epoxy potting compound for vibration protection and clear base plate for easy tech inspection
- Must be used with HVC Coil PN 8250
- 15,000 RPM with 14.4 Volts
- 6-pin Weathertight connector, mandatory for NASCAR use
- Accepts breaker points, amplifier and magnetic pickup trigger inputs
- Multiple sparks for 20 degrees of crankshaft rotation
